Type Poster Series

This poster series was inspired by the typeface Futura, its historical significance, and its impact on modern graphic design. Drawing influence from its use in vintage Volkswagen advertisements, I incorporated a retro aesthetic while maintaining the typeface’s modernist essence. To enhance the design, I integrated turning gears with typography and a vintage color palette, creating a dynamic blend of past and present.
